Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions establish and regulate the contractual relationship between the parties, which are the User or Player and Afina Interactive N.V., hereinafter referred to as pointking365.com.

27. 33. In case the User withdraws funds through a payment system, where the currency of his/her wallet or current account differs from the currency of the game account on pointking365.com, the company will not bear any responsibility for changes in the amount of payment due to currency fluctuations.

Errors in crediting/withdrawal of funds 34. If as a result of any technical malfunction in the software or due to the fault of an employee of the company, the User was mistakenly transferred funds, it is his responsibility to immediately notify the pointking365.com company about the error. All winnings, deposits and payments erroneously transferred in favor of the User will be considered invalid and will be returned to pointking365.com company. The User undertakes not to abuse the possibility of opening a game account only to benefit from bonuses or other promotional offers provided by the company. pointking365.com has the full right and solely at its own discretion, block game accounts of users, in case of detection of misconduct in relation to the receipt of bonuses or other promotional offers of the company.

Marketing and advertising 38. pointking365.com has the right to contact any User, by email, SMS text message or phone call, to provide information about new software products and services of the company, or any other promotional or marketing offers.

User Certificate 39. By registering on the company's website, the User undertakes that he/she will not in any way violate, or attempt to violate, the company's security measures. If we have a suspicion of such a nature, the company has the full right to block the game account of the User. In this case, the balance of funds on his game account will be frozen, and will be considered lost to the Account Holder. All frozen funds of the User will be directed to reimbursement of losses caused to the company.

41. In case the User intentionally took advantage of a technical or administrative error when depositing and/or crediting funds to his/her game account, pointking365.com has the full right to hold this User liable for the damage caused to the company.

42. The User undertakes that he/she will not carry out any actions and will not choose any mode of behavior that could damage the reputation of pointking365.com.

43. In case the User shows disrespect to any employee of the company or uses impermissible (obscene) language when talking on the phone, communicating via online chat or e-mail, pointking365.com reserves the right to limit the User's ability to further communicate with the company's employees, by any means of communication.

Player's risk 44. The user must be aware that he uses the site, services or software of pointking365.com company voluntarily and that by participating in gambling he risks losing money.
