Using player information

1. Player Personal Data (i.e. any information about you by which you can be personally identified, such as: Your name, address, phone number or e-mail address, which is referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Your Information”) will be processed by "pointking365.com" (including his agents and staff) and (where appropriate) our partners and subcontractors in order to be able to provide a full range of services to the player. Player information is collected at the time of registration in order to open an account with the "pointking365.com" , or when a player makes a written request to "pointking365.com" .
2. By using any of the Services, Player acknowledges that Player has read and agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the point at which Player provides Information to us (including, for the avoidance of doubt, submitting a request to us through one of the Websites, or one where Player only partially completes the account registration process).

What information we collect and how we use it

1. "pointking365.com" collects Player Information in order to:
   • allow us to set up a Player account to enable the Player to make full use of all features of the Services, including betting and playing games;
   • allow us to receive questions and comments from the Player through our support service and to be able to respond to them;
   • comply with the relevant rules regarding Player registration, e.g. completion of age verification;
   • inform the player about future events, offers and promotions from the "pointking365.com".
2. In addition to the broad list of purposes set out in paragraph 1 above, "pointking365.com" will use Player Information, including sharing information with our partners and subcontractors who process data (including, where applicable, Player Information) on our behalf, only for:
   • the creation, operation and management of the Player Account;
   • providing any of the services requested from us and for any purpose related to such service;
   • verifying the accuracy of Player Information, including disclosing such information to third parties (including financial institutions, age verification and credit institution reporting) in connection with such purposes (a search report will be retained and the third party may use the information to assist other companies for verification purposes);
   • preparing statistics relating to the use of the Services by you and other customers;
   • preparing and providing appropriate customized marketing materials;
   • sending periodic written communications to account holders to announce important service changes, technical update issues and changes to the rulebook (which includes this Privacy Policy);
   • compliance with legal requirements or adherence to legal processes or actions to protect the interests of sports bodies or other competent authorities;
   • examining suspected illegal, fraudulent or other abusive service-related activity;
   • reporting a crime or suspected crime, including money laundering or fraud, or any other purpose that is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to the Player.
3. "pointking365.com" will not send unsolicited commercial offer information or third party advertisements to the player.
4. "pointking365.com" may use the Player's username and/or name and region for promotional purposes.
5. Phone calls to and from our customer service department are recorded for training and security purposes.
6. We may transfer Player Information if we transfer or sell our business or any part of it, including in the event of insolvency.
7. If at any time a Player wants us to stop processing Player Information for the above purposes, the Player must contact us and we will take appropriate action to stop this.

Player Information Update

1. A player may update or delete information about themselves at any time from "pointking365.com" account via “My Account/Account Details” (if available), or by contacting support.
